deep diving into their customer avatar we were able to identify multiple opportunities to craft messaging, angles and creatives that resonated with a few different customer persona's to make sure their ads resonated deeply with their audience and drove them to take action.
2. By refining their ad account structure we were able to identify and properly segment audiences within Facebook breaking down their customer acquisition funnel to Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel and Bottom of Funnel we were able to deliver contextual messaging and prompts to customers based on their previous actions engaging with the brand, resulting in an account that was structured to be able to withstand higher levels of spend without revenue plummeting.
3. By placing heavy emphasis on testing different creative formats from carousels, images, videos, collections and a whole lot more we were able to pretty quickly identify winning creative styles that resonated best with their audience and delivered the highest conversion rates, allowing us to double down and increase spend on solid foundations.
4. By paying attention to the flow through rates of the website we were able to identify bottlenecks in the conversion process that once resolved increased the website conversion rates, resulting in our advertising efforts becoming more profitable as we scaled.
